Day one in Vegas. Wandering down Las Vegas Boulevard (aka the Strip), being jostled around by other tourists, my eyes kept looking upward to the ginormous structures that surrounded me. It was hard to imagine that I was somewhere also in the middle of a desert. Cam in hand, I was completely taken back by the sights. I felt like a little kid again - everything was brand new and I was in awe of it all.
I was in Vegas attending WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International). My three photog gf's Krista,Nataschia, and Sandra, and I stayed at the MGM Grand, where the conference was held. It was first time in Vegas for me, and first time at WPPI.
How would I describe Las Vegas? Words like 'over-the-top', 'overwhelming', 'stunning', 'crazy' and 'larger than life' come to mind. Stimulating? Very. The casinos know no bounds when it comes to attracting tourists inside; there are seriously no limits to the money spent to outdo and surpass each other. Seems like they are seriously out to 'trump' one another (pun intended...:)).

And inside casinos..
