Got a message from my sister-in-law Susie one fine day, telling me about a friend at work who was not only leaving the office at
Schulich School of Medecine & Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario in London, but also that her sweet dog, Daisy, was dying. She asked if I would do a portrait session of the two of them as a surprise gift, and I couldn't have been more honoured to do it.

Daisy is a beautiful little lady. Her big bright brown eyes are gentle and her manner matches her owner's, Laura - quiet and serene. It was a scorching and humid day, and Daisy suffers from a heart condition that is terminal. Every moment with her is precious. That thought never escaped me as I documented her wags, her kisses.

Thanks so much Laura and Susie and most of all, Daisy, for allowing me to dote on you a bit, and capture your sweet face!

meet brasco & bella.

I am a dog lover.

I love dogs. I adore dogs. I love their loyalty, their adaptibility, their forgiveness. I had the pleasure of meeting Brasco & Bella, and their loving owners Melissa and Mark. I saw a wonderful family -they love, they play. It was so fun to roll around the grass with both Brasco & Bella, and they took to me so well! They are such gentle creatures...

These dogs are so well-behaved and they have such a sense of humour!

Question: What's white, puffy and small...looks and feels like a stuffed toy?



Answer: Her name is Oppie!



Oppie is a beautiful bichon poodle. She is a pure diva, albeit a lovable one! The little miss loves to bask in all the attention she receives...


She's everyone's little 'white shadow'...


Is she human? Or canine? Oppie doesn't know the difference..
